Join the Sophienburg Museum & Archives in celebrating New Braunfels history! Enjoy a one-hour yoga class each month at a different historic location, then relax and partake in a beer while listening to a short history lesson on the birth and growth of this fair city. November features Gruene Hall with veteran yogi Greg Casillas and history talk by Jan Kingsbury. Cost for Flow & Know is $15. Proceeds benefit The Sophienburg Museum & Archives.
